My Life In Moderation began on social media, when I found myself needing an outlet to post my own food and fitness related content, as a means to stay committed and accountable to my fitness and weight loss journey.
I wear many hats, which include being a wife and chef to SS, a dog mama to Huck, an auntie to Emery and Austin, an aspiring golfer, and a successful small business owner. You'll often find me grilling up a storm as a Traeger girl, and indulging my passion for everything food-related. Above all, I'm a dedicated full-time fitness trainer, constantly striving to enhance my expertise through ongoing health, wellness, and nutrition certifications.
I operate independently, ensuring every client's unique and tailored fitness experience. My dedication and passion for fitness and well-being continue to motivate me to learn and add new certificates to my portfolio and expertise.
