Where It All Began

My Life In Moderation began on social media, when I found myself needing an outlet to post my own food and fitness related content, as a means to stay committed and accountable to my fitness and weight loss journey.

About The Trainer & Owner

I wear many hats, which include being a wife and chef to SS, a dog mama to Huck, an auntie to Emery and Austin, an aspiring golfer, and a successful small business owner. You'll often find me grilling up a storm as a Traeger girl, and indulging my passion for everything food-related. Above all, I'm a dedicated full-time fitness trainer, constantly striving to enhance my expertise through ongoing health, wellness, and nutrition certifications.

What Sets Me Apart

I operate independently, ensuring every client's unique and tailored fitness experience. My dedication and passion for fitness and well-being continue to motivate me to learn and add new certificates to my portfolio and expertise.

Services

 

Locally owned and operated fitness facility (in person & online)

  • Small group classes (6 person maximum)
  • Focused on strength and weight training
  • Weekly strength sessions Mon-Thurs: Legs/Push/Pull
  • Friday: Full body (HIIT/cardio based)
  • Pre-selected time slots for each client (some flexibility depending on availability), so there's no need to sign up every day
  • Punch passes available for drop-in classes (if you cannot commit to the same days and times for the duration of the session)
  • Team/sports training/dry land conditioning (off-site)
  • Pop-up sessions & open gym available (drop-in fee)

Group Fitness

Spring Session April 9th - June 29th

Options to attend 4/3/2/1 days per week

10 Punch Passes : $275


Current Weekly Class Schedule:
Monday- 5am/6am/9am/430pm/530pm
Wednesday- 5am/6am/9am/430pm/530pm
Thursday- 5am/6am/430pm/530pm

Friday- 5am/6am/9am

Personal Training

  • $75/session
  • $700/10 sessions
  • $350/5 sessions
  • 2 on 1 & 3 on 1 options available upon request
  • Reduced hourly rates for pre-existing clients & class members, as well as online clients
  • Form-check sessions for pre-existing clients $50/ea

Online Program

  • 5Fit Training app-based 12 week programs 
  • Strength training and weight loss programming
  • Functional fitness athlete programming
  • Customized programs w/detailed video demonstrations and instructions
  • Gym and/or home workouts, and hybrid (in-person and online) programs available
